- What is basic requirement to enroll the course?
PMR and SPM result are not compulsory for certificate level. As long as the student have strong interest in this course. For diploma and Adance Diploma lever, Student are requier to Pass in SPM English and SPM Mathematic to qualified enrollment.

- Refund and Cancellation Policy
Written cancellations made prior to 3 days after course application, less a RM150 processing fee. Cancellations made after 3 days course application, registration fees are non-refundable. Registrations are transferable to another person for the same class. No-shows at the class are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that DESPARK must cancel a class, students will have the option of receiving a full refund of the course fee or priority placement in another public session. DESPARK is not liable for other expenses incurred by students in connection with classes, including airfare, travel expenses and other expenses.
