Our Student Services Department (SSD) is here to provide you with support in academic related matters throughout their study at the academy.

SSD strives to make available appropriate assistance and comfortable study environment for each student and ensure a smooth transition for new students from high school to college.

*Student Accommodation
We are aware that accommodation is usually a question raised by many students especially outstation students that are not familiar with Klang, Georgetown, Malacca, Johor Bharu.

In order to make your study life with us comfortable and worry-free, we have carefully selected accommodation units to provide you an ideal and conducive environment for learning.

• Insurance Coverage
  You are covered by our PA insurance scheme. Coverage includes journey to and from the academy and all organised activities on a 24-hour basis worldwide.
• Certification Services
  Certifications of documents related to loan applications, income tax (for fee declaration purposes) and field trip/research projects, can be done at the SSD.

*Student Counselling

There is a student counsellor available to support student’s who seek advice or need assistance on various challenges encountered throughout their years of studying here. This mainly refers to the supportive problem solving assistance for academic or personal concerns.

You are welcome to approach our counsellor at any time or make appointment during office hours. Our counsellor is equipped with professional expertise to explore and guide you on various issues towards a successful and fulfilling study experience. All discussions are discreet and confidentiality is practised to build a trusting relationship between you and counsellor.

*Further Education

We have academic partnerships with automotive institutions of higher learning in the UK, New Zealand and United States.

With our diploma programmes being approved by these universities / colleges, our graduates can easily transfer into their degree programmes at the maximum provision.
We carefully select and constantly monitor this list of universities / colleges based on their:

1. quality of graduate work,
2. recognition from the professional industry and employers’ feedback,
3. overall reputation of the relevant automotive programmes and   curriculum,
4. study and living environments offered,
5. support system and staff accessible to the students

Application forms for affiliated universities are available, and our counsellor will be able to advise you on your application. We will assist you in making sure all documents are compiled and certified, portfolio assembled according to the university’s requirements and arrange for interviews if necessary.

We will inform you of your pre-departure briefings and flight or visa arrangements and etc once your application has been approve
