Policies

• Scholarships offered cover training fees and internal examination fees at certificate and diploma level.
• If the scholarship recipient does not meet the required academic requirement, he will undertake to pay either the re-sit/re-take fees as deemed necessary by the respective faculty.
• If and when forecast results are used in application, Despark Auto Academy reserves the right to revise the offer if the actual result falls below the forecast submitted.
• Scholarship offered is not exchangeable, nor is the unutilized portion of the scholarship refundable in cash terms.
• Despark Auto Academy reserves the right to revoke the said scholarship if the recipient does not maintain discipline, attendance and good behaviour and/or participates in criminal or tortuous acts of omissions.
• Despark Auto Academy reserves the right to amend the policies and term of the scholarship without notice.
• All information furnished by the scholarship recipient must be true and correct in all respects.  In the event of any inaccurate or incorrect information furnished, the scholarship is liable to be withdrawn without notice and in such event the scholarship recipient shall be required to pay Despark Auto Academy the amount of tuition fee waived, to date.
• The scholarship recipient must accept the offer of Despark Auto Academy and pay the relevant application fee before commencement of the programme, failing which the scholarship offered will automatically lapse.
• All decisions made by Despark Auto Academy on all matters to the scholarships are final.
• Unless otherwise approved, each student is only entitled to one (1) scholarship/ bursary/ financial assistance scheme/ promotional benefits offered by Despark Auto Academy and its group at any one time.  In the event that the student qualifies for more than one (1) award, he must choose which one he wishes to apply and accept.
• All scholarship recipients must abide by the Rules and Regulations of Despark Auto Academy.
