Program Details:

Event Name: Student Referral Program Contest

Period: 1st March 2016 to 1st June 2016

Prize: RM300 as per registered referral

Grand Prize: Ipad Mini 4

Qualification: Despark Students (With 80% attendance rate)/Alumni

Qualification of Referral: Student who aged 16-23 years old only

How to Join:

1. Download Despark College’s mobile application on App Store or Play Store

2. Register as member

3. Select “Referral Program” at the menu bar

4. Add “Referral”, key-in Name, Phone, Age and Appointed Consultant (If you have any preference) (Referral only eligible for student who aged 16-23)

5. Check your referral status from time to time

6. Congratulation! You are entitled to claim once the referral’s status is “Registered”

Terms & Conditions:

1. Student Referral Campaign is open to all Despark Students (Petaling Jaya, Penang, Melaka, Sabah) and Despark Alumni Members only.
2. Participants who fail to comply with the terms and conditions of “Student Referral Campaign” will be disqualified.
3. All participants (regardless undergraduate or graduate) must register as Member with Full Name and contact number in Despark Mobile Application.
4. Participants who are still an undergraduate must have at least 80% course attendance and do not have any outstanding payments within the campaign period.
5. Graduated students must register as alumni member with Despark’s student affair department: alumni@desparkauto.edu.my
6. Entries that already existed in Despark server system shall be disqualified as one lead. Participants may check the status of entries through mobile application from time to time.
7. If same entry entered by two different participants, the qualification of that entry shall be judged on first come first serve basis.
8. Winners will be notified by phone after one month of closing date (1/7/2016).
9. Grand Prizes: Ipad Mini 4 16GB (Wifi-Cellular)
10. Despark College reserves the right to replace the prizes with any items of equivalent value without prior notice, as its own discretion or subject to availability.
11. All items won as prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
12. Winners will be required to collect their prizes from a designated center within one month after winner list is announced.
13. To redeem the prizes, all winners are required to present their original proof of identity (NRIC). Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
14. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entrants shall not contact judges for direct feedback on the judging process or results.
15. By participating, the participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decision of Despark College.
16. Despark College reserves the absolute discretion to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time.
17. Despark College receive and process personal data in accordance with its privacy policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. By submitting an entry in this contest, each participant consents for the processing of his/her personal data by Despark College and any of the Organizers.
